Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) has made Bulk E-mail simple.

Managing an email server is a daunting task. In the past, Plenar has used gmail and postfix, but once outgoing email reach over 1000 per day, it becomes complex. Using commercial MTA (like Port25) or 3rd Party tools (MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Constant Contact) can be quite expensive. SaaS Products cannot sell bulk emailing which has high cost as the monthly charges are usually very low.

Amazon SES has the right tools at the most economical price. It provides notifications, complaint, and bounce information to enable client software to present the correct insight of the campaign.

Plenar has recently integrated Amazon SES with CRM application for a customer and deliverability is excellent.
